IT Project Manager

Description

The Project Manager will manage the installation and implementation of technology projects in the construction industry. Projects include access control, surveillance cameras, and audio/visual Equipment. The PM is responsible for being the single point of contact for all communications on a given project and will work on various projects from $10,000 to $2,000,000.00 in revenue. The PM is engaged in the project once a contract is signed and will be the single point of contact until the final payment. Once the project is finished, the customer will migrate back to the Account Executives and Service for ongoing service.

This position is a hybrid role that will require the PM to work from the ICS office and customer sites.



Requirements

  • Experience and familiarity with working with Construction Superintendents and Project Managers
  • Cost control and add/deletes
  • Experience working in the technology field
  • Complete projects within the assigned budget
  • Direct all personnel and activities on the project site
  • Create and manage the project schedule and coordinate appropriate resources for all assigned projects
  • Provide weekly job progress reports to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate ordering of materials for projects
  • Progress billing and collection of deposits/final invoices
  • Create and maintain all project-related documentation following company guidelines
  • Travel to various job sites required
  • Technical background in A/V projects, including installation and programming
  • Training on technology products including Surveillance, Access Control and Audio/Visual
  • Other duties assigned by management
