Job Description

Senior Manager Agile Program Management

As a Senior Manager Agile Program Management, you will play a key role in driving Agile transformation and delivering complex Trading & Risk Management (TRM) programs. You will be responsible for coaching Agile teams, optimizing program execution, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and TRM solutions will be critical in enhancing delivery efficiency and business value.

Program & Delivery Leadership

• • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Agile programs spanning multiple workstreams, vendors, and geographies.
  • Lead complex ETRM (Endur/Openlink) transformation and enhancement initiatives, including deal lifecycle, risk, P&L, settlements, and reporting.
  • Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with trading strategy and business priorities.
  • Drive delivery using Agile / SAFe / hybrid methodologies, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced trading environment.

• Define project scope, plan, governance and success measures in partnership with sponsors.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Endur, data, infra, vendors) through delivery lifecycle.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change, ensuring timely escalations and decisions.
• Report status transparently to leadership with focus on outcomes, not only activities.
• Ensure project artefacts and handovers support long-term maintainability and audit needs.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of project management in technology, including large-scale implementations or upgrades.
• At least 4+ years managing Endur Projects is a "Good to have".
• Experience delivering in trading, energy or financial services.
• Strong command of project management techniques (Agile and Waterfall; RAID management).
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification.
• Experience managing an Endur or CTRM implementation/upgrade
• Familiarity with GCC client environments and governance.
