R&D Project Manager (mfw/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of challenging product development projects in Industrial Communication, guiding them from concept all the way to successful market launch
- Provide functional leadership to international, cross-disciplinary project teams and foster an environment where collaboration thrives and results last
- Independently manage your projects' timelines, budget, quality, and resources, making sound decisions to keep things on track
- Help shape the ongoing evolution of our project management methods and processes, bringing your own ideas to the table
- Keep projects transparent, run key project meetings, and act as the go-to contact for all stakeholders involved
What You Bring
- A degree in engineering - electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field - plus hands-on experience in an industrial development setting
- A track record of leading product development projects and solid know-how of how electronic products move through the development process
- Familiarity with agile project management and lean methods is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a knack for coordinating and motivating diverse, international teams
- An analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach, paired with decisiveness and a confident presence
- A talent for breaking down complex topics and engaging different stakeholders in a way that resonates with each of them
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to work smoothly across our international sites
- A genuine drive to help shape change, take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and build innovative solutions together with others
